sql server connect : Need help for MSDE connection

Hello,
I changed the LoginMode=2, in the Registry, create a user in MSDE fo Windows
authentification with : sp_addlogin, sp_adduser, sp_grantdbaccess

How can I create user with Windows authentification ?
