Hi !

We have 2 SQL server. Server A work very well without any connection
problem. With server B, some client (3-4) can't connect with ODBC connection
(including me)... And I found that I can't no longer connect to server B
(from my PC) with Enterprise Manager (EM work well a few days-weeks ago)....
Clients that cannot connection to server B use SQL Odbc version
2000.81.9031.14 and 2000.81.9041.40...(They can connect to server A). Both
sqlserver have this setting: Windows 2000 SP3, SQLServer 2000 SP3...

Any idea ?

Are you logged on as the local Admin or with a domain account that is an
admin?

Hi !

On server, I'm logged as domain admin.... ans MSSQLSEVER is running under
the same account !

After revewing some parameters.... I found that MSSQLSEVER on the server
that as the problem is running under a domain account (with domain
administrative right). The other MSSQLSERVER on server that has no problem
is running under "Local system account".

The problem appears after I upgrade my NT 4 PDC to WIN2K3.... And affect
only few clients... Can you verify that and let me know if this is a known
issue ??? If not...I can help you to reproduce this bug...
