sql server connect: hi,

the sqlserveragent service start successfully and failed
after 40 seconds.

it use local system account.

after that I use sysadmin account to start it,its work
well but the jobs didnt work?

What does "didnt work" mean? Do the jobs report an error? What is the TEXT
of the error message? On which step does the error occur? What happens
when you try to manually run the job, or each step individually? What
happens when you take the commands from each step and run them in Query
Analyzer? What user are you connecting with to do so?

Check the SQL Server agent error log (SQLAgent.out), which
is usually in the same directory as the SQL Server
errorlog.
