What is "RUN-TIME ERROR 20599" ??

sql server connect:

I have a printing program using Crystal Report and get the
data from a SQL server using ODBC.
So far this program can print without any problem.
Suddently, when user try to print an error message
show "Run-Time Error '20599' Cannot open SQL server".
No program was modified.
I checked all ODBC connection and everything is fine.
I checked the SQL server and nothing wrong.
I run the report directly from Crystal Report designer,
the report give me the right result without any error.

Anybody can help me what is the error mean and how to
solve it ?
