This is my first SQL project. I'm attempting to run AutoDL's setupdb.bat
from the Exchange 2K Resource Kit. It tells me that I've failed to make a
connection.

The script is running on the server where SQL 2K lives. What do I need to
do to establish a connection?

Depends on what the scripts are doing, where you're server
is located, how it's configured and what the error is that
you are recieving. You should look at the setupdb.bat and
see what it's doing - often they are an osql command using a
sql script file for an input file. If you can post the osql
command and post the error get, someone can probably help
you out.
