sql server connect: I remember once that the amount of memory being used by
each SPID or connections to the database server is around
40 KB is this correct and is there an article somewhere
that will confirm this.

I currently have a SQL2000 Advanced Server with 8 GB Memory
and 8 700MHZ processors.

We currently have an average of 12000 SPIDS connected
during the business day.

This would lead me to belive I am using around 48 MB's of
memory for coonections is this true?
