sql server connect: Hi,

I have Windows 2003 SBS Premium installed on my server and working fine with
SQL 2000 and Exchange 2003. I need to setup SQL to send out emails. When I
try to setup SQL mail, it asks me setup a mapi profile. To do that I would
need to run Outlook. So I install Office 2003 on the server but when I run
Outlook I get the following message: "It is highly recommended that you use
Outlook Web Access instead of the Outlook client on a computer running
Exchange."

How do I get SQL mail to work on the server if I can't use outlook to create
a profile?

it explains that you need outlook 2000 to use SQL Mail 2000.

I have SBS 2003 Pre. which mean I have SQL 2000 install on the same server
as Exchange 2003. When you install Outlook 2003 on the same server I get the

Access instead of the Outlook client on a computer running Exchange." Is it
ok to run outlook? Will it cause any problems with Exchange? I just need it
to create a mapi profile so SQL Mail will work.
