sql server connect: Dear Support,

I have a question is, if I exiting have a database are
using oracle, and
now I need do a new integration, and the new integration
product is only
support with MSSQL database, and exiting I still have same
software is
using the oracle database, so i cannot totally using MSSQL
database.

So can I using MSSQL connect to the oracle database to
download a
database and save as MSSQL format, then as the SQL server
can auto or
manual update what I modify in SQL table database to
Oracle Database .

Example: I have table and data in Oracle database is
customer_infor and
I want have a same table and data call customer_infor in
MSSQL database
and the SQL server can manual or auto update the Oracle
database same as
my MSSQL database table data ?.

Do you have a step how to configure it ?

Yours sincerely,

I am not sure I fully understand what you are asking.

If you are asking for a two way update, meaning that if
data changes in either Oracle or MS SQL then the other
system would be updated, then you will have a problem. I
do not know of any software package that will allow
replication from Oracle to MSSQL or from MSSQL to Oracle.
There might be come product, but I doubt it.

If you are looking to simply copy the data from one system
to another then all you need to do is set up a DTS Package
in SQL Server to move the data on a regular schedule. You
can access DTS from the Enterprise manager on your SQL
Server.

Let me know if you need more help
