Found out the following:
Trying to create a dataconnection by VB6, no result, same error.
The same with VS.net, no result, same error.
This has to be a server issue, untill..... I tried with FrontPage 2003 via
the wizard to create a dataconnection and ..... succes.
Now I am back: this should be an issue of the clients ??? But what/where ???
So take it all together:
Apps InfoPath2003, VB6, VS.net cannot create a dataconnection to SQL2000 via
the wizards !!
Apps SharePointSites, FrontPage2003 can create !!
Help is appreciated,
Ger.
