sql server connect:
Dear sir/madam,

I have a problem with my database. I want to restore MASTER, MSDB
database. I have try to restore in normal mode but it doesn't allow, it
requier to connect start in Single user mode. Once I start the server by
command prompt "sqlservr.exe -m" and I reconnect using "sa" account with
password I have setted in multi-user mode, I can never connected. It says,
"Unable to connect to server XXXX, Server : Msg 18461, Level 16, State 1
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'sa'.
Reason: Server is in single mode. Only one administrator can connect at this
time." I dont know what administrator it refered to this time?

I have forget the password by which it has request at installation time. Is
there any posibility to reset or recover that password? Is that the
password it requied right now?

Best regards,

Veasna

Perhaps the SQL Server Agent is running. It takes the only allowed
connection. Stop the SQL Server Agent and try again.
