sql server connect:

I am not able to connect on my SQLServer 2k enginge from VB.NET
application.

As part of trouble shooting process, First I tried to ping to SQL Server
(Win2k and SQL2k) from the PC where I have the SQL connection problem.
Pinging is working fine.

Then I tried to telnetfrom that PC using <IP> 1433 which is not
working. FRom same PC I tried to Telnet to another SQL Server (Win2003
and SQL2k) <IP> 1433. Telnet has worked perfect this machine.

Have checked Server Clinet Net.Lib and server net lib etc.. uncheked
dynamically assigned Port to Static Port 1433.
