When trying to install sqlncli.msi on Windows XP SP2 I get the following error "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" Given that I am the system administrator ... What do I need to do to resolve this ? What policies have been set ? ...more >>

I Have SQL Express installed on 17 ships. Each ship has a VB6 Client application using OLEDB to connect to the database on local machine.
