How to import data -- sql server data mining

I am new to SQL server 2000. I want to make a database in
SQL server. The data that I have is in a text file having
field names at the top and the data is line by line
delimited by pipe.
I dont know how to upload the data and make a database.
Any idea.
Please help.

You can use the DTS Import and Export Wizard. Select Text as the source and
SQL as the destination - you will be given the option to create a database
at that point
