Jamie, the newsgroup you forwarded to is defunct, and does not exists
on Microsoft's servers (or at least it should not.)

As for the question, I don't really understand it. Not that I know
Arabic, but I can't see that you need any extra files to be able to
use Arabic in SQL Server. In SQL 2000 that is. The version numbers
given in the subject line are somewhat mysterious.
