sql server data mining: Since IS and Data Mining are so married, I thought I'd ask this here.

I created a plugin that implements an algorithm that is good at
removing outliers for my data. I've now created an IS package that
prescrubs the data and then creates a prediction from it.

I've played with the Data Mining viewer demo that allows DM viewers to
run in a custom application. Is there a similar mechanism for the
Control Flow tab in an IS project? In other words, I'd like to be able
to run the package grahpically in my own app. Is this possible or is
the IS API strictly a batch kind of thing?

I believe it's not designed for that - but you should ask on the dts
newsgroup. Or even better, the new forums at
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/default.aspx?ForumGroupID=19&SiteID=1
