Are you asking for advice on a transactional system or a data warehouse? I
suspect a transactional system, you might want to look up topics such as
normalization and the relational model using google.

i really dont know how to design the table, would you please give me some
suggestion?
their have server user, and there have some customer record, said username,
password, email and address
some users are allowed to view username and email, some are allowed to view
address ana username only
some are allowed in username and password
