sql server dts: I can access an FTP site through the browser but when I
try through DTS using same site information, username and
password I get the following error:

FTP Error
Unable to connect through internet! Please check the
source site information, your username and password.

Hi Erik,

Based on my research, I would like to know if you are using any third party
firewall software, such as, WatchGuard Soho. If so, please perform the
following steps to troubleshoot this issue.

1. Please eliminate the firewall from the scene.
2. Reboot the machine and restart the router.
3. Try to connect the machine directly to the FTP site and see if that
works.

Does the FTP Transform task work okay after removing the firewall?
