Over the time we have been using DTS, our tean has acuminated a lot of packages and sometimes more than one package for a job. Just wonder if there's anyway to have a more organized way of saving the packages (i.e. folders) so we can manage the packages easier

Would be nice wouldn't it but No.

Only way I do it is I start packages that work on the same projects with the
same prefix so they sort correctly.

If you want to see this feature maybe in a future version of SQL Server you
can send a mail to sqlwish@microsoft.com

I (try) and take in one step further with a couple of parts. The
segmented name idea, goes something like this-

<Project> : <Function> : <Procedure>
StockControl : Reporting : Board
StockControl : Loading : SuppliersDaily
