Data Extraction for a datamart

sql server dts:

I'm extracting data into SQL Server 2000 from Progress 9.1.
Doing it serially is too slow. I tried to multithreading the extract
process but ended up with less data without any error message. Is there
a possible way of speeding up my extraction without losing data?

I do not know why you would lose data but you should not. Having multiple
flows from the Progress DB should be possible. Maybe you can give us more
information about your situation and the circumstances surrounding this data
loss.
