sql server dts : DTS Security

What security permissions need to be set for a user to view a DTS package in
enterprise manager and then execute it? Are there any server level
permissions (roles) that would keep a user from doing this?

I understand the package runs in the context of the user and its permissions
but I don't want them to be able to even see package.
