sql server dts : Migrate Active Script

Could you tell me how to migrate the DTS which has the Active Script included
or do you have any other suggestion for me?

You can try and use the migration wizard. It only does a best effort job and
unless your ActiveX scripts are very simple, they will probably not work as
intended. You need to re-write them using SSIS Script Task. As a starter, you
can go through the tutorial.
