sql server dts: Hi,
I am a new comer in SQL Server DTS area. Can you please explain me what
the fuctionality of "Dynamic Properties Task" with some real life
example? I have gone through the BOL but still now it is not clear to
me.

The Dynamic Properties task is there for you to specify values for
package properties at runtime by a variety of means (ini file, Query
etc)

Uses are many.
Querying a table to find out a File Name for a Text File
Looking up the initial value for a variable in an INI file
Looking up a query to run against a data source.

There are loads of things you can do with them.
