DTS Packages and SQL Jobs are not executing sriram

sql server dts:
Hi,

I am not able to execute SQL Jobs and SQL DTS packages.(I am using
SQL2000)....I have checked sql server agent and also i restarted the
sql servies ....but for no respite.


Could anybody please let me know if there could be any other issue.

So what does happen?

Is the job enabled?

How are you calling the job or do you simply wait for the schedule to
kick in?

Hi Guyz,

Restart of the system worked for me.

I wait for the job to kick in at its scheduled time generally if for
some reason it does not kick of then i do all the checks....I also
manually kick of the job if needed as some times it does not run due to
a agent problem or of insufficient space in the disk....
