-Destination is MS SQL server I suppose...

Of course there are ODBC-Drivers for Oracle and a MS Standard ODBC
Driver. But due to MS no longer fully supporting ODBC, which according
to a German SQL Support Engineer is a "slow and old-fashioned
tecnology", the work very poorly. Try to get the appropriate third-
party ODBC-Driver for your DBS.
