sql server dts:

Since updating to SQL Server 2005 sp2, I get an error when I drag & drop a
Data Flow task into the control flow designer.

The error reads:
Failed to create the task.
Additional Information:
The designer could not be initialized.
(Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.Design)

Additional info: The SSIS services is logging on as a Local System Acct.
Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition (64-bit)

Can anyone help me with this?
