sql server dts:

I have a dts package that works fine when I execute it directly. However when
I schedule a job to run it it fails on the 1st step. The first step ftp's a
file from one network folder to another. If it is a rights issue what account
do I need to give the rights to, and what rights should the account have?

Needs to have permissions to msdb database and member of dts_admin role or
dbo and when importing package select let server control the security
instead of password, etc.
