sql server dts: is it possible to import data from Excel 2007 (.xlsx files) into SQL
Server from SSIS? The Excel Source only gives up Excel 97-2005 (plus
the old versions 3/4/5)

Just found thsi providor as part of Office 2007. will give it a go:
