to the best of my knowledge, unfortunately, only SQL Server 2000, updated to
service pack 3 level, is supported on Windows 2003 platform

SQL 7 will not install and run on W2K3 Server. If you must run SQL 7 on a
W2K3 server it is possible to run it using Microsoft Virtual Server.

Hi Karthi,

It isn't a supported program. We also were disappointed this wouldn't work
as we still need to support a lot of sql server 7 users. However, Virtual PC
did what we needed. Virtual Server would do even more.

HTH,
