Connect MSDE from Enterprise Manager : MSDE Access denied

sql server msde: I have an instance of MSDE installed in one computer and a
full SQL Server installation in other computer.

I what make a connection in SQL Server Enterprise Manager
to the MSDE instance.

But when I tried the connection are no established.
What can be the problem?
