sql server msde : What are the differences in the language versions?

MSDE is localized in different languages... but the core engine is the
same... you actually have a an additional \LanguageID in the \Resources
folder (\1033 stands for englis, \1040 for italian , ...) where some
localized resource files are used to show localized messages, as long as
localized messages in the master.dbo.sysmessages system table for the
localized language...
just to note that Italian sp3 localized version had some problem causing
exceptions to be raised when executing jobs, depending on a bugged resource
file... but the binaries are the same as the "neutral" english version..

Could anyone tell me what the differences are in the MSDE2000A.exe and
FRN_MSDE2000A.exe or any other language for that matter?
