Timeout issue

I try to connect to a SQLserver by SQLDMO, "Timeout error" occured in the
following line of code:
MySqlServer.Connect ServerName:=sSRVNameDMO, Login:=sSRVUserDMO,
PASSWORD:=sSRVPassDMO
But I can connect using Andrea Montanari's DbaMgr2K.
Please advice me, how to do.
