In my daily Server Performance Report, I received two Critical Errors in
Application Log at 3:30 AM every day for about a week. The firsts Source is
MsiInstaller. The Event ID is 100005. The message is:

Pardon me for being a bit of a newbie with LCS, but I've run into a few

the sql server desktop engine (sharepoint monitoring) in the add/remove
programs of windows small business server 2003 premium edition..(sp1)

I try to install BE 10.1.5629 AGAIN on the system.
But it does not work. I have the problem with the MSDE what is needed.

a .bat file:

I have always been told never install antivirus with a sql server. I believe
this is because antivirus software might interfere or slow down a sql server.
IS the same true for MSDE? Can someone explian to me why antivirus software
on a sql or msde server is a bad idea.

MSDE has a connection limit (as far as i remember, you can't open more than
20 connections at the same time) but other editions of SQL 2000 has no limit
for opening connections. Is there a limit for how many connections can be
opened to SQL 2005 Express edition at the same time.
