sql server msde : Moving data from MSDE to 2005 express

The easiest way would be simply detach the target database from MSDE2000 and
attach it to SQL Server 2005 Express.

Hi
Is there some kind of free data pump tool which will allow me to transfer
data between MSDE and SQL 2005 express databases? (with the db schema)
