Since you have registered you can redistribute it on your media. Many
people encourage their customers to download it because that relieves you of
the pain of keeping your release up to date. More info here:

I'm having a trouble understanding the redistribution rights for SQL
Express.

Does anybody know if I can redistribute SQL Express on my installation CD?
Integrated into my install?
As a separate install?

I have registered with MS that I will be redistributing it, does my client
need to register that it is using it?
