Obviously Stephen hasn't ever had to deal w/ software acquisition and
licensing in an non-corporate (academic) environment. For some reason

actually Steve was and is the MVP lead of SQL Server and has been member of
SQL Server team in the past :D ... and yes he does not work for a Small
Business company :D:D
but his point is "clear"..
this is one of the reasons I wrote my onw management tool (you can
eventually download for free from the link following my sign.) as I do
personally not claim for legal troubles with this "non Small Business"
company :D
