Exporting MS SQL -- sql server new users

Hi All,
thank you for you time in advance.
I am new to MSSQL, and I managed to create a sample database in my local
machine, query the database etc.(using ASP.NET and C#)
My next step is to "upload" the database to the Hosting service which
support MSSQL. There is alot information on the net, on how to create and
query the database but nothing(at I could not find it) regarding how to
upload the file(to an Hosting Service) with Enterprise Manager or any other
way for that matter.
Can anybody give me a good link where I can find this information? or even a
good book where is explained this particular step?

Make a backup of your database, upload the backup file to your hosting
service and restore the database there. For more details see:
