sql server new users : Definitive Book for SQL Server 2000?

I am trying to learn more about SQL Server 2000 and wonder if anyone can
recommend a book to help? Thank you.

Try the microsoft books, "SQL Server 2000 System Administration" and also
"SQL Server 2000 Database Design and Implementation"...

That should be more than enough to get you going ;-)

I agree with Mike. It's the best book in my library. I also really like
the SQL Server 2000 Performance Tuning Technical Reference by Microsoft
Press.

it's internals.
