Getting Northwidn into SQLServer 2005 Express -- sql server new users

A few days ago, I asked for help getting the Northwinds db into SQL Server
2005 Express. I was pointed to

I downloaded this, but cannot figure out how to get it into SQL Server 2005
Express. The instructions that came with it said to run the SQL statement,
which I did. SQL Server even said that it ran successfully. However, when I
close and reopen SQL Server, you don't see the Northwind database listed
with the databases.

Please disregard. When I closed the program the first time and then brought
it back up, Northwind wasn't there. Now it is. Not sure why.
