sql server 2000 backup -- sql server new users

I have been using sql server 2000 for about 4 months.

For a small company, I need to come up with backup and restore procedures
for a sql server 2000 database. This company will not consider using sql
server 2005 until the end of 2006.
Thus I am wondering if you can give me a script and/or point to me to a
url that that I can use as an example to setup backup and restore procedures
for a sql server 2000 database?

Use the Database maintenance wizard to create a maintenance plan that backs
up to disk files (presuming you have plenty of free disk space). Back up
the backup files from disk to tape (or CD or whatever) using conventional
