Hi ranger97,

You can upgrade from SQL Server Enterprise Evaluation Edition to SQL Server
Personal, Standard, or Enterprise Edition. For more information see the
following link.

You can upgrade SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Evaluation Edition to Developer
Edition, but as a precaution you should backup up all your databases (except
tempdb) before you do it. When you insert the Developer Edition CD, you
should get the option to upgrade your current installation.

The problem seems to be that the installation program can't find the
installation of Enterprise Evaluation Edition you have. Can you provide us
with some more information about how you have installed the system so we
might work out what causes the problem?
