Yes, Aaron if you have 2 processors in the same machine you're obliged to
buy 2 licenses, but you can also licensing by user instead of processor the
calculation that you can do is:
If you have less than 25 concorrent users it's cheaper buy user CAL than
processor license, more than 25 users it's better processor license
considering just one processor.
