SQL Server 2005 Express uninstall?

sql server new users: I currently have SQL Server 2005 Express and Management Studio Express
installed. I want to switch to the 180 free trial version of SQL Server 2005
(Standard).
Do I have to uninstall both Express and Managemnt Studion Express before
installing the 180 free trail? Or do I just need to uninstall the SQL Server
2005 Express?
Also, if I have to uninstall both, Does the free trial version come with
Management Studio in the same install or different install?

It is best to remove both of the Express products before installing the
Standard Edition. And yes, SQL 2005 Standard comes with client tools,
including a full featured SSMS.
