I have the following Microsoft SQL Server 2005 items installed on my XP
SP2 dev machine:
=B7 SQL Server Configuration Manager
=B7 SQL Server Error and Usage Reporting
=B7 SQL Server Surface Area Configuration

None of these tools allow me to create/open/edit databases... Where do
I get db schema editing tools?

SQL Server Management Studio is the new tool that replaces Enterprise
Manager. It does not install by default. Run setup again and pick the option
for installing the managment tools. If you are running SQL Server Express
Edition, you will need the web download version.

Find (or obtain) a copy of the installation media. Download the 120 day eval
version and install workstation components -as long as your SQL Server is
properly licensed.
