Hi,

Just a quick question I am trying to setup replication between a Standard
edition (Subscriber) of SQL Server 2000 and an Enterprise edition (Publisher)
and the Standard edition can not connect to the Enterprise edition
(distributor). I can ping the Publisher from the subscriber, so I was just
wondering what the differences are between the 2 editions. Is their a matrix
or any other documents I can refer to?

Thanks in Advance,

The differences are listed in Books Online. If you can't connect, then
there is an issue with the connectivity between the two. There is nothing
in the editions that prevent you from connecting to them.
