Can anyone guide me to a tutorial for building extra features into web
controls like auto complete .. etc ...

I'm a more of a VB windows programmer and my old tricks don't work

Hi John,

In order to write such a control you will need to be very good not only at
vb.net or C# but also at javascript. There are lots of tutorials on writing
custom controls that you may want to take a look at for a jumpstart
(www.gotdotnet.com, etc). Also, if you're serious about it, you can't miss
to read Nikhil's book[1]. Now, if you are just looking for a specific
control you may prefer to buy one[2] instead of developing your own.
