Notification Servcies Samples -- sql server notification services

Hi, I'm trying to run Notification Services on local machine.

First time I have installed it all samples worked correctly.

Then for some reason I have stopped NS$RealtorINstance and I couldn't get it
work ever since.

Stock instance working just fine so I don't think this is a permission
issue.

Does anybody have idea why this has happened?

Note:

I have reinstalled Notification Services since then. This didn't help either

Are there error messages in the event log? Do you get an error message
on the screen when trying to run NET START NS$RealtorInstance?

If you're getting a timeout message, it's usually a permissions problem.
The account used to start the service must have access to the instance
and application databases.
