What build are you running? In quite a few of the recent builds, there
are "feature not available in this build" areas.

NS is an integrated part of Yukon and have been so since Yukon Beta 1.
During Yukon installation when you get to the feature tree you will see a
Notification Services node; make sure it's selected for installation.

Henrik,
Notification Services should be one of the optional components you can
choose to install during Yukon setup.
