Why is it that the URL that is referenced for the NS is not available,

It would be nice to have that up so intellisense would have the ability to

That URL isn't intended to be a browsable link - it's actually just a URI -
an identifier that's globally unique. In SQL 2005 Management Studio, you can
get intellisense/autocompletion for editing ADFs and ICFs simply by opening
the ADF/ICF schema in another XML window. The schemas are installed with NS.
On my system, they're at:

D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\NotificationServices\9.0.242\XML
Schemas

(change D:\Program Files to the appropriate location on your system.)

Just open the two XSD files in Management Studio whenever you edit an ADF
and ICF - your experience will be much better :-).

That works in SQL 2005 Management Studio, but not VS Studio for my version
which is
Microsoft Visual C# 2005 55603-000-0000016-00409. I thought Management
Studio was VS lite, but I must have two different versions.
