sql server notification services:
Hi,

I have Windows Vista running with SQL Server 2005 and I need
Notification Services running on that machine. I have a batch file
which calls nscontrol with the appropriate parameters for the xml
appADF.xml and appConfig.xml files.

When I try to run this batch file it gives me an "Access Denied"
error. I get this error only while doing this on Windows Vista and it
works just fine on Windows XP. I suspect this has something to do with
the "User Account Control" feature of Vista but am not too sure. How
can I bypass this?
