sql server odbc : Stored Procedure permissions issues

I have a user who is upgrading her workstation. On her windows 2000, Office
2000 machine the applications work fine.

On her WinXP OfficeXP box, the application opens up, but eventually suffers
a permission error on a storeprocedure. What gives?

She is logging in as the same AD user who has rights in SQL and appropriate
permissions assigned to her role. What is causing the problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Which application is it? It sounds like a user login is being used instead
of a application role. The most helpful troubleshooter I can think of is to
use SQL Profiler to capture what logon is being used.
